To characterize the epigenome of HD R6/1 mice in striatal cells using CUT&TAG on neuronal nuclei Overall design: NeuN+ nuclei from mixed males and females WT and R6/1 mice striatum were used (75000 nuclei). Two different histone marks were evaluated: H2AK119ub and H3K27me3 coming from the same sample, in order to perform correlation analysis (n=3 replicates). Rabbit IgGs were used as control.
