研究轮胎-道路接触面积的影响因素,获得轮胎-道路间的实际接触面积,讨论接触面积与沥青路面纹理间的关系,在此基础上预测轮胎-路面间的接触面积、讨论接触面积对道路抗滑性能的影响。本成果证明了轮胎与路面的实际接触面积对于轮胎-路面之间的摩擦形成以及与摩擦相关的路面抗滑性能至关重要。通过简化橡胶轮胎挤压过程中轮胎与路面的接触模型,研究了在不同情况下的路面纹理与胎-路接触面积之间的关系、接触面试对摩擦系数的影响,为构建路表抗滑性能的研究模型奠定了基础。
This study investigates the influencing factors of tire-road contact area, obtains the actual contact area between tires and roads, discusses the correlation between the contact area and asphalt pavement texture, predicts the tire-road contact area based on the above findings, and analyzes the impact of the contact area on road skid resistance performance. This work demonstrates that the actual contact area between tires and pavements is critical to the formation of friction at the tire-road interface and the friction-related pavement skid resistance performance. By simplifying the contact model of tire-pavement interaction during the extrusion process of rubber tires, this study examines the relationship between pavement texture and tire-road contact area under various scenarios, as well as the effect of contact area on friction coefficient, thereby laying a solid foundation for the development of research models for pavement surface skid resistance performance.
