tACS of the Cerebellum and the Motor Cortex Entrains Motor Thalamus in a Frequency Dependent Manner

This repository contains electrophysiological datasets and accompanying MATLAB (written in version 2024b) scripts for analyzing thalamic single-unit activity recorded under alternating current (AC) stimulation. The datasets and scripts allow users to load, visualize, and quantify spike timing, phase locking Value(PLV1 and PLV2), and connectivity measures for individual neurons.
