Transcriptomic analysis of RNA in U87 cells

This dataset contains three sets of RNA transcriptome sequencing data from the human glioma cell line U87, specifically including: wild-type U87 cells, U87 cells overexpressing phospholipase Cß4 (PLCB4), and corresponding empty vector control U87 cells. Each cell line group is equipped with biological replicates, and high-throughput sequencing technology was used to capture the whole transcript expression profiles of cells under different treatment conditions. This dataset aims to provide basic data support for studying the expression regulation mechanism of the PLCB4 gene in U87 cells, related signaling pathways, and its potential role in the occurrence and development of gliomas. It can be used for subsequent research such as differential gene expression analysis, functional enrichment analysis, and regulatory network construction.
