主要使用哨兵2号2017-2025年4-8月份所有云层覆盖度低于50%的图像,基于GEE平台,对研究区(119.14-124.26°E,31.67-39.83°N)内五天哨兵2号数据进行镶嵌拼接,去云、去水体、去陆地岛屿(NDWI)等后,提取NDVI值作为大型藻华空间分布,并结合SRG-1指数对金潮马尾藻进行去除,数据格式为Shapefile矢量格式;同时提供对应时段的哨兵2号遥感影像(空间分辨率:300米,提供B2:蓝、B3:绿、B4:红、B6:近红外四个波段)作为参考。

This dataset was developed using Sentinel-2 images acquired between April and August from 2017 to 2025, with cloud cover of less than 50%. Leveraging the Google Earth Engine (GEE) platform, five-day Sentinel-2 datasets within the study area (119.14–124.26°E, 31.67–39.83°N) were first mosaicked, followed by cloud removal and removal of terrestrial islands. Subsequently, the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) was extracted to characterize the spatial distribution of large-scale algal blooms, and the SRG-1 index was integrated to exclude Sargassum related to golden tides. The processed distribution data are stored in Shapefile vector format. Additionally, concurrent-period Sentinel-2 remote sensing images with a spatial resolution of 300 m (including four bands: B2 (blue), B3 (green), B4 (red), and B6 (near-infrared)) are provided as reference materials.
