To investigate the mechanism of miR-381-3p in the OIR mice retinal tissues OIR mice. Overall design: At P12, OIR mice were intravitreal injected with 1 nmol miR-381-3p antagomir (n=3) or 1 nmol antagomir nc (n=3). Mice were euthanized at P17, the total RNA of OIR mice retina was extracted with TRNzol kit. Subsequently, the RNA-seq library was prepared and sequenced in Novagene company.
