Single cell RNA-seq data associated with a long-acting interleukin-7, rhIL-7-hyFc, in vivo. Mice were treated with rhIL-7-hyFc or vehicle post UCART19 infusion. On days 14 and 28, mice were sacrificed and CAR-T cells enriched from the spleen using CD34+ magnetic enrichment. For treated groups cells obtained from five mice per group were pooled on day 14 and day 28. For Vehicle on control groups cells were pooled from five mice per group on day 14. Chromium Single Cell 3v3 was used for this project.
