资源简介:
The rumen microbiota of ruminants is essential for maintaining good rumen ecology, health and productivity. The composition and function of rumen microbes can also be influenced by many other factors. Recent studies have also suggested that diet, animal species and the geographical location in which the animal live could influence microbial diversity in Bos mutus. The different feeding methods, resulting in a different microbial composition in yaks. Nineteen healthy male Bos mutus of similar age and similar initial weight were randomly divided into a stall-feed group (n=10) and a grazing group (n=9) to compare microbial diversity in different feeding methods. To compare the effects of cold and warm seasons on rumen fermentation parameters and microflora in Bos mutus. Rumen fluid samples were collected from warm (n=8) and cold (n=9) season, used to measure 16S sequencing. In addition, the ruminant digestive system consists of the foregut (rumen, reticulum, pannus and caecum), the small intestine and the large intestine. The foregut is mainly responsible for breaking down the feed and absorbing energy. The small intestine is a very important part of the digestive system, combining digestion, immunity and glandular secretion into one multifunctional organ. Although studies on the structure and immunity of different parts of the Bos mutus' intestinal tract have provided much evidence of better adaptation to the particular environment of the high plateau, there are few studies on the microbiology of the Bos mutus' intestines other than in the rumen, and other parts of the intestinal tract play an important role in maintaining the health of the organism and the normal operation of immune functions. Therefore, this study also investigated the bacterial diversity of the rumen, reticulum, omasum and abomasum of 10 male yaks and clarified which microorganisms exist in different parts of Bos mutus, which could help us further understand the role of microorganisms in maintaining body health and promoting body adaptation to harsh environment. In conclusion, this study can provide theoretical basis for Bos mutus rearing and management under local conditions.
