Data products and retrieval models for Fairman et. al. 2026, MNRAS: BOWIE-ALIGN: Exploring degeneracies in the muted transmission spectrum of the aligned hot Jupiter NGTS-2b with NIRSpec/G395H. Contents of this record:  ExoTiC-JEDI Data Products: Extracted stellar spectra for JWST NIRSpec/G395H NRS1 and NRS2. White light curves and spectroscopic light curves at R=100 and R=400 spectral resolutions. Transmission spectra at R=100 and R=400 as presented in the paper.  Tiberius Data Products: Extracted stellar spectra for JWST NIRSpec/G395H NRS1 and NRS2. White light curves and spectroscopic light curves at R=100 and R=400 spectral resolutions. Transmission spectra at R=100 and R=400 as presented in the paper.  POSEIDON retrieval results: Equilibrium retrieval outputs from both ExoTiC-JEDI and Tiberius reductions at spectral resolutions of R=100 and R=400. The file structure contains corner plots and samples of posterior distributions, retrieved median spectra with 1 and 2 sigma confidence intervals, and results files with median parameter values and retrieval statistics. The following retrieval models from the paper are included: Equilibrium model without an offset between NRS1 and NRS2 Equilibrium model with an offset between NRS1 and NRS2 Equilibrium model with an offset between NRS1 and NRS2 with a reduced upper metallicity prior bound.  Free chemistry retrieval outputs from both ExoTiC-JEDI and Tiberius reductions at spectral resolutions of R=100 and R=400. The file structure contains corner plots and samples of posterior distributions, retrieved median spectra with 1 and 2 sigma confidence intervals, and results files with median parameter values and retrieval statistics. The following retrieval models from the paper are included: Model I (containing SO opacity) Model II (without SO opacity) Model II (mmw limited) - An upper bound of 3 is set on the mean molecular weight of the atmosphere. Model II - with the addition of an inhomogeneous cloud parameter petitRADTRANS retrieval results: Equilibrium and hybrid retreivals for both ExoTiC-JEDI and Tiberius reductions at spectral resolutions of R=100 and R=400. Free chemistry retirevals with and without SO opacity for the ExoTiC-JEDI and Tiberius reductions.
