Gut Mycobiota of Three Rhinopithecus Species Provides New Insights into the Association between Diet and Environment

Gut fungi, also known as gut mycobiota, are an important part of the gut microbiome, which is usually sourced from the host diet and living environment and contains substantial host information. Here we examined the gut mycobiota of three Rhinopithecus species using next-generation amplicon sequencing that targeted the fungal internal transcribed spacer.
