Transcriptome in rat kidneys exposed to a fetal low-protein diet on postnatal days 5, 10, and 28

Using the kidneys of pups exposed to a low-protein diet (LP) compared to those exposed to a control diet (CN) during fetal life, we searched for candidate genes by integrating data from both methylome and transcriptome profiling.Transcriptome analyses were used to identify genes with differential expression.本研究以胎儿期分别暴露于低蛋白饮食（low-protein diet, LP）与对照饮食（control diet, CN）的幼仔肾脏为实验材料，通过整合甲基化组（methylome）与转录组（transcriptome）谱数据筛选候选基因。采用转录组分析鉴定差异表达基因。
