Analysis of iWAT tissues from young (2 month) and aged (12 month) C57bl/6 male mice with vehicle or CL treatments. CL-induced tissue remodeling is severely impaired in aged mice. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying age-related changes in iWAT. Overall design: Young and aged mice were acclimated to thermoneutrality for 2 weeks, and then administrated with vehicle or CL for 5 days.
