Share of Romanians who downloaded digital books 2019, by type of registration

In 2019, seven out of ten Romanians were downloading e-books free of charge, without registration. Moreover, out of 28 countries surveyed for this study, Romania had the highest share of respondents who were accessing digital books free of charge. Only four percent of respondents paid for the items purchased.
