Identification of Incipient Cavitation in Control Valve

The dataset for the article "Identification of Incipient Cavitation in Control Valve" includes measured data and calculations for evaluating basic hydraulic characteristics for different valve openings, such as flow rate, pressure, flow coefficient, discharge coefficient and dimensionless parameters - cavitation number, Reynolds number. The occurrence and manifestations of cavitation are also presented here. Furthermore, spectral analysis of vibration, outlet pressure and noise are evaluated. This is followed by evaluation of the volume fraction of air, vapor and gas (sum of air and vapor) determined from mathematical modelling and spectral analysis of vapor and air volume fraction in point, and spectral analysis of pressure in inlet and at point.
