Ginkgetin could significantly attenuate liver fibrosis in a mouse model induced by TAA, including inhibiting hepatic inflammtion and fibrosis. In addition, the related signaling pathways and gene expression were also downregulated by ginkgetin by bulk RNA Sequencing analysis. Overall design: To investigate the effect of ginkgetin on liver fibrosis and the underlying mechanism, we performed bulk RNA Sequencing on the liver tissues from fibrotic mice treated with vehicle (control group) or ginkgetin (5mg/kg/day) (ginkgetin group).
