2024 - Eichner and Wu et al - Raw Data

This dataset are microscopy images of Streptococcus pneumoniae to verify and measure capsule production. A macro for Fiji is also attached including a protocol on how to perform microscopy and macro usage. It further contains raw data of immunoblots of capsular polysaccharides and a detailed protocol on how to perform the blot.
