Internet election 2013

In the spring of 2013 the Institute for Sosial Research (ISF) commissioned by the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation to lead the evaluation of the second attempt with voting via the Internet in Norway. This time voters in 12 selected municipalities would get the opportunity to vote via the Internet by the parliamentary elections in 2013. The mission meant essentially a follow-up of the survey-based part of the evaluation in 2011, as well as some detailed issues. The experiment with voting via the Internet in the local elections in 2011 would be repeated and expanded by the parliamentary elections in 2013.2013年春季，社会研究学会（Institute for Sosial Research，ISF）受挪威地方政府与现代化部（Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation）委托，牵头开展挪威第二次互联网投票试点的评估项目。本次试点覆盖12个选定市镇，当地选民可在2013年议会选举期间通过互联网参与投票。本次评估任务的核心内容包括两部分：一是对2011年评估中基于调查的环节进行跟踪跟进，二是新增若干细节性议题的调研。2011年地方选举中实施的互联网投票试点，将在2013年议会选举中得到延续与拓展。
