Supporting Data for: Fluorogenic squaraine dimers for the flow cytometry detection of bacterial urinary tract infections

This dataset contains raw and processed experimental data from a study on the development of bacteria-targeting fluorogenic probes based on peptide-conjugated squaraine dimers. The dataset includes UV–vis absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra, NMR spectra, high-resolution mass spectrometry data, flow cytometry measurements, and microscopy images. The dataset is intended to support the results presented in the associated publication and to facilitate reproducibility and further analysis. The study was published as a preprint: L. Weiss et al.
