PC-3 prostate cancer cell line with stable overexpression of PARG under Doxycycline induction was generated. Transcriptome analysis linked malignance reduction phenotype with changes in chemokine family and tumorogenic pathways downregulation Overall design: Two stably transduced PC-3 clones PC-3-TetOn-PARG-I4 and PC-3-TetOn-PARG-H6 overexpressing PARG under Doxycycline inducible promoter. Cells were plated to single well of 6 well plate, grown at 37°C in 5% CO2 for 72 hours without or with 500ng/ml doxycycline. Two independent experiments were performed for each clones: "N" (passage#5 and sequencing by Novogen) and "B" (passage #7 and sequencing by QB3).
