14N2 Metagenomic assembly

This study aims to investigate the microbial diversity and community composition of paddy soils subjected to the addition of 14N2. By sequencing the 16S rRNA gene, this study provides insights into the microbial populations present in the soil and how they might respond to the addition of nitrate. Understanding these microbial dynamics is crucial for improving agricultural practices, particularly in rice cultivation, where soil microbial communities play a key role in nutrient cycling, soil health, and plant growth. This research also contributes to a deeper understanding of nitrogen cycling in soil ecosystems and its impact on environmental sustainability.
