Preliminary dataset for enhancing biomass productivity using chemical modulators in Synechococcus elongatus PCC 7942

This dataset contains preliminary investigations on using chemical modulators for enhancing biomass productivity of Synechococcus elongatus PCC 7942. The analysis showed that some of the modulators could be effective biomass triggers and can act at very low concentrations (20 - 1000 nM). Moreover, a basic economic feasibility also indicated some potential modulators that could be carried forward. The dataset could potentially be useful for targeted algal farming, especially for biomass.本数据集收录了利用化学调节剂（chemical modulators）提升伸长聚球藻（Synechococcus elongatus PCC 7942）生物量产率的初步探索研究。分析结果表明，部分调节剂可作为有效促生物量积累的触发因子，且仅需20~1000 nM的极低浓度即可发挥调控作用。此外，基础经济可行性评估亦筛选出若干具备后续研究与应用潜力的调节剂。本数据集有望为定向藻类养殖（尤其聚焦生物量生产的养殖场景）提供有力支撑。
