Code numbers correspond to the names of those proteins whose score significantly decreases or increases in response to the treatment of the bacterial cells with TiO2 nanoparticles. These proteins fall into two categories, those considered as significantly down-regulated (d) and those significantly up-regulated (u) in the presence of nanoparticles.
