Resistome database

Resistome database: a literature-curated collection of Escherichia coli genotypes–phenotypes containing over 5,000 mutants that resist hundreds of compounds and environmental conditions. We use the Resistome to understand our current state of knowledge regarding resistance and to detect potential synergy or antagonism between resistance phenotypes. Our data set represents one of the most comprehensive collections of genomic data related to resistance currently available.耐药组（Resistome）数据库：该库为经文献审核整理的大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）基因型-表型关联数据集，收录了5000余株可耐受数百种化合物与环境条件的突变体。本研究依托该耐药组数据库，旨在明晰当前学界对于耐药性的认知全貌，并挖掘不同耐药表型间潜在的协同或拮抗相互作用。该数据集是目前已公开的耐药相关基因组学数据馆藏中最为全面的资源之一。
