MultiFamily Tax Exemption Polygon

This feature class represents the multifamily tax exemption (MFTE) residential targeted area (RTA) in the City of Puyallup, WA USA. in 2023 this area was expanded from its original boundary. The area includes all areas zoned Commercial, Mixed Use, or Multi-Family within the Downtown or South Hill Regional Growth Centers or the River Road Corridor Planned Area as designated in the City of Puyallup Comprehensive plan as of 2023. Future rezoned areas that meet these requirements may be added to the map, but will be required to go to the City Council for a public hearing to change this map.
