Structural models of CrV-01T cryptic ORFs and homologs of ORF 65

This dataset contains (1) AlphaFold 3 structural models in PDB format of cryptic open reading frames (ORFs) from the freshwater cyanophage CrV-01T (GenBank accession number: MH636380.1), specifically ORFs 5, 22, 57, 58 and 65 (folder 'CrV-01T' inside the zip file). And (2) AlphaFold 3 models in PDB format of sequence homologs of CrV-01T ORF 65 (folder 'ORF-65_homologs' inside the zip file). The PDB files in the 'CrV-01T' folder are labeled by ORF number (e.g., 'CrV_ORF-05' for ORF 5). The PDB files in the 'ORF-65_homologs' folder are labeled using their NCBI accession numbers.
