Generation of genome stable and functional oocytes would hold great potential in fertility preservation and restoration of ovarian function. We examined genomic stability by Exome-seq analysis of gPSC lines (Chemical-induced iPS from granulosa cells ), and compared with high-quality ESC line, OG4-ESCs. Furthermore, to assess the genomic stability during PGCLC induction, we performed Exome-seq between E12.5 PGCs and gPSC4/15-PGCLCs and between Wild-type/natural GV oocytes and GV oocytes derived from gPSC-pups.
