Through multiple long-term machining data collection sessions and comparison with internal machine tool signals, the actual data profiles of machining with different cutters are identified, and targeted distinct data processing methods are employed for monitoring. The data was archived in September 2022, and was simultaneously utilized for tool wear validation. This validation relies on various sensors and machining channels, with targeted selection of signals that align with actual machining scenarios to extend tool service life.
