A molecular framework of boron-induced fruit set and early fruit development in sweet cherry

We examined the physiology of the impact of pre-flowering boron application on the initial set and early fruit growth coupled with a transcriptome and metabolomic analysis using the sweet cherry as an experimental model, which yields insight into the metabolic network associated with boron nutrition in fruit biology.
