The GSPC hub cards dataset is a collection of measurement cards for AI governance, published by CSOAI. Each card represents a signed measurement record containing a model, an evaluation axis, and a date, using Ed25519 signatures to ensure data integrity. This dataset is not a certification or rating, but provides verifiable measurement evidence for transparency and auditability. The dataset includes multiple subsets: the INDEX.jsonl file (approximately 629 rows) under the default configuration, the cards.jsonl file (approximately 417 rows), and compressed data in Parquet format. Additionally, there are unsigned cards in the staged-unsigned directory (e.g., multiple evaluation axis data for 2026-09-02 and 2026-09-03) and a manifest.jsonl file. - 签名机制:卡片经Ed25519签名,签名密钥关联至
did:web:csoai.org#board-attestation-1,可通过Hugging Face上的GSPC查找空间验证。 - 正式测量流程:暂存(staged)的未签名卡片,只有在签名人(通过GitHub Actions或HF Jobs runner)完成签名并验证后,才会被更新至
mill-cards/目录,其状态才会转为“MEASURED”。 - 未签名数据:
