Nanopore and Illumina sequence runs from single Oikopleura dioica animals, used for a comparative genomic study of O. dioica genome variations

To assemble Oikopleura dioica genomes, we extracted high-molecular weight DNA from single individuals (see BioSample information) using a modified salting-out protocol (Masunaga et al., in prep), sequenced it on MinION sequencer Mk1B (Oxford Nanopore Technologies) using a SQK-LSK109 kit (ONT) following the manufacturer's instructions and basecalled it with the Guppy software (ONT) and "superior" models (see specific information for each run). For some individuals, we also provide an Illumina run for polishing the genome assembly.
