Population genomics of the spoon-billed sandpiper

We sequenced, assembled and annotated the genome of critically endangered spoon-billed sandpiper. To assess genetic variation several individuals were resequenced and compared with several individuals of red-necked stint. The project aimed to reconstruct population history and to reveal genetic risks associated with small population.
