Index of datasets for metagenomic binning benchmarking

This record provides an index of Zenodo DOIs for the synthetic metagenomic datasets used in this study.The file datasets_doi_list.tsv lists dataset identifiers, brief descriptions and the corresponding Zenodo DOIs.Dataset contents and reconstruction instructions (for split archives) are provided within each dataset’s Zenodo record. Source data underlying all figures and tables are provided as a separate Source Data/Supplementary Data file with the manuscript.
