Rattus norvegicus strain:SD Raw sequence reads

Eight to nine-week-old male SD rats were purchased from Beijing HFK Bio-Technology (Peking, China) and housed at the Animal Centre of Collage of Life Science, Nankai University. All animal experiments were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at Nankai University, and performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The rats were maintained in a climate-controlled room on a 12 h light–dark cycle and allowed food and water ad libitum.In the study, rats were divided into three groups: Model (n=6) and Dulcitol (n=6). In the Model group, C6 cells were injected into the right brain of SD rats with a density of 1×106 cells in 10 µl PBS (0.5 mm behind bregma, 3 mm lateral to bregma). In the Dulcitol group, the C6 glioma-bearing rats were intragastrically administrated with dulcitol after 9 days implantation.
