(DR4) Data files from HILIC-based DDA and SWATH analyses of SCHS samples

Data Record 4 (DR4) contains data files associated with HILIC-based DDA and SWATH analyses of a subset of Singapore Chinese Health Study (SCHS) samples. This data record contains: (DR4a) Raw data files (wiff) were acquired on the ZenoTOFTM 7600 from the analyses of the samples. (DR4b) Converted data files (mzML) of raw data files in DR4a. Conversion was performed using msConvert function in ProteoWizard ver 3.0.26005-2b16934.
