We aim to identify differentially expressed genes between enasidenib and DMSO treated CD71+ erythroid progenitors. Overall design: We first enriched CD34+ cells from UCB and cultured them for 6 days in StemSpan II with Erythroid Differentiation Supplement (StemCell Technologies). The cells were then sorted on the CD71+ population and treated with either DMSO or Enasidenib 10uM for 24 hours before isolating RNA for RNA seq. RNA-seq was performed with Girihlet.
