TNF-α production of PBMCs cultured on native chitosan films or with 100 ng/ml LPS, with or without the TLR4 small molecule inhibitor, CLI-095, for 18 hours. N=3.肿瘤坏死因子α（Tumor Necrosis Factor-α，TNF-α）产生量检测数据集：将外周血单个核细胞（Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells，PBMCs）在天然壳聚糖薄膜上培养，或与100 ng/ml脂多糖（Lipopolysaccharide，LPS）共同培养，同时分别添加或不添加Toll样受体4（Toll-like Receptor 4，TLR4）小分子抑制剂CLI-095，培养时长为18小时，样本量N=3。
