The d-spacing, the headgroup position, zH, the headgroup width, σH, and the width of the hydrophobic core, σC, are defined in Figure 3. ρR, is the relative electron density of the bilayer trough set in relation to the headgroup density, Nmean, the membrane correlation number, Ndiff, the fraction of diffuse scattering and η, the Caillé parameter.
