With the development of Internet of Things technology,
analysing the features of uncertainty and multiple periodicity in emergency
materials distribution environment, this paper presents a novel multi-objective
model to solve the periodic vehicle routing problem (PVRP) in emergency
logistics. To solve the suggested model, a three-step optimization method is
proposed, which consists of the uncertainty elimination step with triangular
fuzzy number, the single target function transformation step with analytic
hierarchy process and the model solving step with improved ant colony
optimization (ACO) algorithm. As the core of suggested method, through changing
the transition probability formula by the emergency supply demand, updating pheromone
by the ant-cycle model, and renewing the periodic demand of emergency supply
dynamically, we improve the ACO algorithm using emergency domain features. The
effectiveness of proposed method is validated by the solving of PVRP with
classic data set, and the simulation results analysis shows the main advantages
about the overall satisfaction degree and the fairness degree through applying
the improved ACO algorithm.
