Efficient Microwave-Assisted Synthesis of Amine-Substituted Tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrin

We report an efficient and rapid means for the synthesis of tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrin (TPPF20) derivatives by microwave irradiation
in an environmentally acceptable solvent. The selective displacement of the para-fluorine groups in TPPF20 by primary amines occurs in yields
between 70 and 95%. This method demonstrates that TPPF20 is an ideal platform for the rapid formation of porphyrin conjugates for therapeutic,
catalytic, and other applications.

本报告提出了一种通过微波辐射在环境友好溶剂中合成四(五氟苯基)卟啉（TPPF20）衍生物的高效快捷方法。该法能实现对TPPF20中邻位氟原子的选择性取代，由伯胺类化合物进行，转化率在70%至95%之间。该方法充分展示了TPPF20作为快速形成卟啉共轭物理想平台的潜力，适用于治疗、催化及其他应用领域。
