Study of genome reprogramming-associated genetic aberrations

In this project, we address the issue of whether genome reprogramming process causes genetic aberrations such as point mutations and structural variants. We also attempt to control (reduce) the aberrations in genome reprogrammed pluripotent stem cells, such as iPS cells and ntES cells.The Data Access Committee of the National Bioscience Database Center (NBDC) approved that this personal genetic data were made published according to NBDC data sharing guidelines (http://humandbs.biosciencedbc.jp/).DRA009756,DRA011197 and DRA012278 were scheduled to be released at 24th September 2021, however, was released at 28th due to DRA system troubles.
