Fingertip Videos for Heart Rate estimation

Videos of fingertip were recorded with Redmi Note 8 smartphone camera. Data was collected from 24 participants, both male and female in the age group of5 to 77 years. Each participant’s finger was illuminated withtorch light which was right next to the camera. The cameralens was then completely covered with the fingertip. Video was recorded for 20 seconds. The recording frequency of the camera was 30 frames per second (fps). Simultaneously, the ground truth HR was recorded using the Andesfit Health pulse oximeter. The dataset contained HR readings from 59 to 119 bpm.本数据集的指尖视频由Redmi Note 8智能手机摄像头录制。数据采集自24名年龄介于5至77岁的男女参与者。每位参与者的手指由紧贴摄像头的手电筒灯光照明，随后将指尖完全覆盖摄像头镜头。视频录制时长为20秒，摄像头录制帧率为30帧每秒（fps）。与此同时，通过Andesfit健康脉搏血氧仪记录基准真值心率（ground truth HR）。该数据集涵盖的心率读数范围为59至119次每分钟（bpm）。
