This study aims at characterization of genotypic and phenotypic traits of clinical B.pertussis strains, which were isolated in 2008-2015 in the Czech Republic from patients having different pertussis vaccination status (non-vaccinated, vaccinated with whole-cell vaccine and/or acellular vaccine).
