The survey distributed 600 questionnaires to individuals from the administrative, marketing, and production departments using the multistage sampling technique, in which the total number sampled in a company was proportional to the entire population. This approach ensured fair participation of employees from the participating companies (Lohr, 2021), allowing the results to reflect the views of different roles within the broader institutional context.
