Fluorescence data of PCR amplification detection

This dataset is a combination of data collected from 1762 PCR amplification detection sets. Currently, the replication of genetic material during the PCR detection process is indirectly measured by measuring the illumination value of the assayed fluorescent probes. The number of amplification cycles is 45. The dataset includes the results of amplification of various DNA fragments and RNA fragments. Data types include negative amplification data, typical double ‘s’ positive amplification data, and other atypical PCR amplification data. The line shapes of atypical PCR amplification data include V-shaped, U-shaped, wave-shaped, baseline up, background-enhanced，and so on.
