Reproducibility package for the paper “Phenomenological Vacuum Inflow with an Effective 3D Scalar Closure for Rotation-Dominated Disk Galaxies”. The archive bundles– Python code implementing the vacuum-inflow scalar closure, the 3D gas-thickness proxy, and the full 5-fold cross-validation pipeline (code/, run_all.sh).– The SPARC/Rotmod LTG rotation-curve and mass-model archive for 175 late-type, rotation-dominated disk galaxies (data/raw/Rotmod_LTG.zip) together with deterministic 5-fold fold assignments (data/folds/fold_assignments_5fold.csv).– Precomputed per-galaxy metrics and headline summary tables for the vacuum-inflow model and for MOND “simple” and “standard” benchmarks (outputs/, outputs_additional/).– Machine-readable CSV files for all figures and tables in the main text and Supplement (fig_data/, table_data/, indexed by metadata/FIG_TABLE_INDEX_v2.md).– Auxiliary scripts for gas-thickness sweeps, distance–inclination Monte Carlo sensitivity tests, and external-field toy models, plus a full file manifest with SHA-256 checksums (MANIFEST.csv) and a conda environment specification (metadata/environment.yml). Running run_all.sh or python3 code/run_cv.py in the provided environment regenerates the cross-validated headline results quoted in the paper, including Table 2 and Figures 1–4, together with all robustness checks summarized in the Supplement. Code is released under the MIT License (metadata/LICENSE). Users of the Rotmod LTG data should also cite Lelli et al. (2016, AJ, 152, 157) and related SPARC papers.
