High throughput sequencing (MiSeq) of diatom 18S gene amplicons from the eastern portion of the Line P transect in the northeast Pacific Ocean that originates south of Vancouver Island in Canada. Samples were collected as part of the GeoMICS cruise in May 2012. Samples were collected from P1-P8 (no sample from station P7).
