This series consists of minutes and meeting papers of the State Rescue Board which was established under the State Emergency and Rescue Management Act, 1989 (Act No. 165, 1989). The minutes document attendance of chairman and members (agency representatives), apologies and items of business. Meeting papers include the agenda and usually supporting papers related to each agenda item.The loose papers have been placed in document wallets. The wallets are in date order, by date of meeting and each meeting is numbered consecutively.
