Genome-wide transcriptomic analyses in left ventricles (LVs) from cardiac-specific miR-150 conditional knockout KO (cKO) mice were performed to identify novel miR-150 targets in the heart. The following 12 independent mouse LVs were used: three biological replicates for 4 groups (sham miR-150 floxed/floxed [miR-150 fl/fl], sham alpha-MHC-Cre;miR-150 fl/fl [miR-150 cKO], myocardial infarction [MI] miR-150 fl/fl and MI miR-150 cKO). LVs were harvested after 4 weeks of sham or MI surgeries.
