资源简介:
This dataset provides the full replication package for the CUP-W (Clarity, Usefulness, Practicality, Workload/Wellbeing) instrument and analytic framework used in the study “From Proxies to Practice: Bringing Upper Echelons Theory Back to the Boardroom through a CEO Profile Workbook and a Five-Case Comparative Study” (Bonelli, 2025).
The CUP-W framework operationalizes key constructs from Upper Echelons Theory (UET)—managerial discretion, job demands, and executive orientation—through a concise, field-portable toolkit for qualitative and mixed-methods research. The package includes all editable templates and analytic tools needed to replicate or adapt the methodology across organizations and national contexts.
Contents
• 01_Instrument_CUPW.docx – 16-item self-assessment instrument measuring four dimensions of work quality on a 5-point Likert scale.
• 02_CEO_Profile_Workbook_CUP-W_Interview_Form.docx – Semi-structured interview guide with 1–7 rating anchors and reflective prompts aligned with UET constructs.
• 03_Codebook_and_Reliability.xlsx – Editable codebook with definitions, inclusion/exclusion criteria, anonymized examples, and an automated Cohen’s κ reliability calculator.
• 04_Evidence_Matrix_Template.xlsx – 13-column working spreadsheet for consolidating coded findings, with built-in dropdowns for evidence strength, triangulation, and status.
• 05_README_CUPW.docx – Metadata, version details, and citation instructions.
Use and Scope
