In this study, we treated a sulfate-reducing microbial community derived from the oilfield produced water to commonly used biocides. namely, glutaraldehyde and THPS. Subsequently, we applied PMA to the biocide-treated microbial community and conducted DNA analyses. The sequences we submitted are for the DNA extracted from all the samples in this study.
